CASE STUDIES
What the work actually looks like.
Three engagements in detail — a municipality, a nonprofit, and an enterprise brand — plus the shorter work in between.
Building a town’s voice from a standing start
Town of Seabrook, New Hampshire · via MAYO Designs · 2024–present
THE SITUATION
A New Hampshire town of 8,424 needed to reach residents directly — storm closures, election reminders, public works schedules, community events — without a communications staffer to do it.
WHAT I DID
- Took sole ownership of the town’s Facebook presence, from content calendar through community response.
- Built a repeatable mix across emergency and public safety notices, elections, public works, holiday schedules, and events.
- Treated reach as the metric that matters for a municipality — a notice nobody sees is a notice that failed.
RESULTS
- 241,568 content views in the first seven months of 2026, already past the full 2025 total of 222,567.
- Roughly 29 times the town’s population, in views, in a single year.
- Engagement grew more than fivefold from 2024 to 2025, from 421 to 2,158 interactions.
- 1,331 new followers and 3,107 clicks through to town resources.

A gala that raised 35% more on the same guest list
Child Guidance Center · direct client · 2021–present, gala since 2024
THE SITUATION
A children’s mental health nonprofit runs one signature fundraiser a year. Room capacity was fixed at roughly 115 guests, so growth had to come from what each attendee gave rather than from filling more seats.
WHAT I DID
- Owned the campaign end to end: social content, email sequences, flyer and print copy, design briefs, and event project management.
- Built anticipation across a multi-week runway rather than a single push, so the ask never arrived cold.
- Kept messaging tied to the organization’s mission instead of the event logistics.
RESULTS
- $83,492 raised in 2026, against $61,703 in 2025 — a 35% increase.
- Attendance held flat at roughly 115 guests both years.
- Giving per guest rose from $537 to $726.

Beating every tracked competitor in a crowded category
Samsung Ads · through Edelman · 2022–2023
THE SITUATION
An advertising technology brand competing for attention on LinkedIn against Xandr, Effectv, and LG Ad Solutions, inside an enterprise approval process with multiple stakeholders.
WHAT I DID
- Ran organic and paid social across LinkedIn and Instagram inside the client’s established brand and review workflow.
- Wrote the monthly report delivered to the client, covering performance, competitive benchmarking, and content recommendations.
- Shifted the content mix toward event recaps, earned coverage, and carousels once the data showed those formats outperforming.
RESULTS
- First of four tracked brands on LinkedIn by December 2022: engagements ran 32% ahead of Xandr, 60% ahead of Effectv, and 211% ahead of LG Ad Solutions.
- Engagements up 42% and post link clicks up 45% in my first quarter, against the prior quarter.
- Instagram impressions and engagements each up 40% over the same period.
